Vice Admiral, U.S. Navy (Retired). A distinguished career submariner in the nuclear-powered submarine force, Jeff commanded USS Charlotte (SSN 766) and Submarine Squadron Three's eight boats, later serving as Commander, Navy Recruiting Command and as the 60th Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy. A 1978 Naval Academy graduate in Mechanical Engineering (with distinction), he holds an MBA (Chaminade University of Honolulu) and a Harvard MPA (Kennedy School), bringing 32 years of military leadership and senior private-sector executive experience to Silent Forge.

Isabella Ali is an accomplished executive with a multidisciplinary background spanning healthcare, laboratory operations, environmental and industrial chemical technologies, and business management. After beginning her career in nursing, she transitioned into the laboratory and industrial sector as a laboratory assistant at Reverse Osmosis Industries. Her strong leadership and operational insight propelled her advancement through multiple management roles, culminating in her appointment as Vice President of Operations. Following her completion of a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Western Governors University--where she was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS)--Isabella was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Global Environmental Technology Solutions, a multi-industry chemical and technology firm. In this role, she has built deep expertise in strategic operations, organizational leadership, and cross-industry innovation. Beyond her executive work, Isabella is an active member of the Women's Council of Entrepreneurs and other professional and leadership organizations. She is passionate about continuous learning, cultural exploration, and language study. A dedicated mother of two, Isabella exemplifies balance between high-level corporate leadership, family, and lifelong intellectual growth.
